Synckit was founded in 2018 by Elena Rostova and Marcus Thorne. Having spent years in high-pressure agency environments, we realized that the most profound creative work often happens when you slow down. We left the noise of the commercial grind to build a studio rooted in intention, clarity, and calm.

Where we create

Our studio is a hybrid of physical and digital space. We maintain a small, sunlit physical office in Portland for deep work sessions, but most of our collaboration happens virtually. We use async tools to respect everyone's time, ensuring that communication is clear and intentional rather than constant.
